Fiery Flavors for Every Dish

Growing peppers and other plants and vegetables for the last 5 years has gone from a new hobby right after Covid broke out across the planet. In an attempt to become radically self reliant I found a passion for hot peppers and anything I can grow from seed! I have grown all sorts of fruits and vegetables but found a I was pretty great at growing peppers. As a single mother of two boys I realized I had to find a way to support my family that wouldn’t take another 160 hours a month from my time with them and so my journey of taking my bounty from the garden and turning into the most delicious hot sauce ever had begun. April of 2025 I established Miss Nicki’s Hot Sauce Co. Since April I have created three hot sauces. My first Is Minorcan Maiden made with home grown Datil Peppers and passion fruit, and all around super flavorful sauce that starts off sweet and then revs up the heat, anyone go to sauce for everything you eat! My second hot sauces created in honor of my youngest son who has taken a huge interest in selling hot sauce is called Logan’s Lagoon, a wild blend of blueberries and habanero peppers. Literally the perfect breakfast biscuit sauce, pancakes, and waffles sauce. The third sauce I have made is called Tutti Frutti, this is a spiced pineapple habanero hot sauce. I personally enjoy this sauce on tacos, wings, deviled eggs, and cream cheese bagels.
